- Wind-load engineering calculations and a glass façade system designed for a 50-year lifecycle
- Use of M450-grade high-strength concrete throughout the entire structure
- Structural framework reinforced with SP500 high-tensile steel rebar
- Triple-glazed façade and windows with 90% argon gas filling and SUPER 1 low-emissivity coating to reduce heat loss
- Building Management System (BMS) integrated to centrally monitor resident safety systems, including water leakage and fire protection systems
