126-househols rental apartment is successfully delivered to the state commission.

Within the scope of ADB-funded Ger Areas Development Investment Program and under the contract with the City governor's office, Moncon construction LLC successfully constructed and delivered 126-household rental apartment that is located in the region #6, Songino-Khairkhan district to the state commission on June 21, 2023.

This project is a part of expanding the city and developing it from a single-center city to a multi-center city or 6 sub-centers. The apartment is intended to provide temporary housing to the citizens who vacated their lands for replanning under the regulation for inclusion of the target group of citizens in the rental housing.

The floor plan of the apartment consists of a studio and 2-bedroom apartment units that are ranging from 27sqm to 55 sqm in size.
