Being implemented by Moncon Construction LLC in Artsat pass near Yarmag area, an apartment complex with total of 2500 household in 14 buildings started welcoming its residents. The state commission approves the opening of Condo #101that has 88 households.
This residential complex with the exoffers one-stop amenity for all ages such as TomYo school of Ulaanbaatar, commercial center, swimming pool and sport facility, and green landscape.
We successfully started handing over condo apartments of Phase 1 step by step and welcoming the residents.
