We are happy to share our celebration that the “Mandala Garden” apartment complex project was selected for the “BEST NEW APARTMENT PROJECT” award from the “Construction Expo 2022” exhibition. Meanwhile, the first phase of the MANDALA GARDEN apartment complex, built at the Artsat valley in Yarmag, a new residential area in Ulaanbaatar, has been approved by the state commission and families started to move into their brand new homes.
MANDALA GARDEN Apartment Complex is a standard high-class apartment consisting of 14 blocks for 2,700 households and 3 sections with AWT concept: ZOO garden, WATER garden, and FOREST garden. The project planning is unique in that it incorporates the most important parts of human life, such as trade and services, schools, kindergartens, green spaces, and child-friendly environments. Probably, the use of world-class, guaranteed brand materials and equipment was one of the key criteria for being selected as the best project.
The 1st phase, ZOO garden, is completed and we have now started the ordering for the four blocks of the 2nd phase, WATER Garden. The Water Garden aims to create the most favorable environment for its residents, including a green area with a fountain, a professional swimming pool, sports centers, and a bicycle path.
